Post 3: My future

In high school I actually liked philosophy, but when I was looking for what to study, psychology and its branches caught my attention, these were the most interesting and I've personally always found the work to be quite novel.

But what really made me want to study psychology was the fact that it studied the human mind, to know the behavior of people, the reason for our actions, the explanation behind our emotions, that's what I want to know. Also I felt that psychology could answer many of my questions and it could help me to better understand myself and therefore I could better understand others.

As to what kind of job I've thought of doing inside of these area, the idea of working for a company as a work psychologist was what first came to mind. I also think that parallel to working on that, I want to have my own consultation where I can help people in a more personal way. In my office job I would like to be sent on trips to other branches, travel abroad a lot to be able to practice my career in different countries and see how different cultures affect our perception of the world.
